UKCA Mark
UPDATE
On November 24, 2022 the UK government confirmed an extension of the transition period with regard to the UKCA - UK Conformity Assessed marking. Based on the documents issued by the EU-recognised Conformity Assessment Bodies it will be possible show the compliance of the UKCA requirements 31 December 2024. After this date, it will be necessary that a UK Approved Body will perform the conformity assessment procedures of all the new products.
Please note that there are two exceptions to this rule; there is no need to remark a product with the UKCA Mark after 31.12.2024:

- If the product EU Marked was put on the market before this date
- The product has been certified in accordance to the European legislation before this date
The CE certificates can be used for UKCA Marking until the expiration date or until 31.12.2027 if it comes before the expiration date.
