The “Single sign of products circulation on the territory of Eurasian Economic Union” (or “EAC Sign”) certifies that the product has passed all conformity validation procedures established by the Customs Union Technical Regulations which is confirmed by documents of relevant conformity assessment form, and therefore alternatively they are accompanied by the EAC Certificate or by EAC Declaration.
The EAC marking is comparable to the CE marking, in fact it is mandatory for those products that fall within the field of application of the Technical Regulations of Custom Union.
For products manufactured outside the Customs Union (Italy, Europe, America, etc.) it is good practice put the EAC logo also on the documentation and packaging of the certified product during its transport and sale.
The EAC logo must appear on the product label or on its plate with the distinctive information required by the Technical Regulations, which must be strictly in Russian.

Features of EAC logo
- The dimensions of the EAC signs are determined by the manufacturer but the basic size shall be at least 5 mm
- Dimensions of the EAC sign must allow that its elements are visible
- The EAC sign may be applied by any means ensuring that it is clearly and accurately visible throughout the life cycle of the product.

The image and labelling rules of the EAC sign are approved by Decree Nr. 711 of the Customs Union Commission Regulation.
